GETTING HELP
It takes a great deal of introspection and inner strength to be able to admit that you need help. You should be proud of yourself if you have reached the point where you know that you need help. It can be scary to explain to someone what you are going through because you may fear that they will not understand or that you would hurt them. Try to keep in mind that most people want to understand even if they do not and that your suffering in silence will hurt the people you care about more in the end than anything.
